Refund Policy – ALIA (Authentic Living in Alignment)

At ALIA, we create products to support a more natural, aligned way of living. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns – Unused & Unopened Items

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:


  • Opened or used products
  • Skincare, bath & body products once opened
  • Any personalised or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:


  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

Once approved, we will provide full return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:


  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
    Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@alia-living.co.uk with photos of the item and packaging.

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
